
The First Steps
Our first meeting gives both of us an opportunity to decide if we want to work together. Finding the right house involves teamwork and it's important that the relationships be comfortable. I will ask you questions about just what you are looking for in a home. Ill want to know your vision: a house in an outlying area, a condo downtown, a second home on the water?
Then well preview all the properties that fit your criteria and select the best. I won't waste your time looking at homes that just won't suit you. I can arrange a showing of anything on the market. I will make sure you see all appropriate properties, no matter who has them listed.
My schedule is your schedule. Some of my clients have found homes they love in a couple of days, or even less. Others take a more leisurely approach. Our objective, always, is to direct you to property you'll fall in love with relatively quickly. But if it takes days and miles, that's not a problem. I work very hard so that each of my clients has full access to my expertise and experience as frequently as they need it or want it.
I will analyze properties for you in order to help you achieve your personal and financial dreams.
Besides helping you track and find your dream home, I will handle the big picture and the countless little details:
* Order the appropriate inspections.
* Work with your lender and the appraiser to be certain your loan is approved in time.
* Confer with the title and escrow companies about hundreds of closing details and
the preparation of your settlement statement.
* Remain your primary source of information and assistance, months and years after closing.
I will not accept your business if I do not feel I can support your goals, or if I have any doubt that that Ill work smarter and more diligently for you than another agent might.
