Qualifications and Training
I hold myself to a high standard of service and professionalism and take seriously the importance of being the most qualified Realtor that you can employ. I understand that my continued education helps me help you. I hold designations or certification in the following areas:

Associate Broker - This designation requires twice the course work and a more difficult exam than are required to become a real estate agent. I am held to a higher standard of care than a typical agent, and would be entrusted by the state with my own agency. Internet Marketing Specialist - I understand what it takes to get your listing in front of the largest possible audience, and make the quickest and best first impression.

Negotiations - I really love this part of the process. More importantly, I’m good at it. I’ve undertaken extensive, formal training in effective negotiations. Further, I have negotiated countless challenging situations and understand the finer points of early positioning and achieving my clients’ goals with accuracy and grace. Financing Residential Real Estate - While I am not a mortgage lender, I understand the process and the issues that arise when attaining a loan.

Evaluating Investment Property - I am able to help you determine if a particular property meets your financial goals.

Real Estate Law - I am not a lawyer, but I do understand how to avoid the legal entanglements that can potentially plague sellers and buyers.

Residential Architectural Styles - I understand the intricacies of various architectural home styles. This enables me to share information and market any home you are selling or buying.

Multiple Offers - I am trained to evaluate multiple offers on a single piece of property to yield the best possible result for any given situation. Identifying Sensitive Land Areas - This is relevant to help both owner occupants and developers with improved and unimproved property.

1031 Exchanges - I understand the 1031 Exchange process and help you avoid pitfalls that can arise.
